The arrangements
To ensure that everyone can participate, each arrangement offers multiple difficulty levels that harmonize well together. Bass, drums, guitar, and piano have four different levels to choose from, while the other instruments have three. The goal is to enable pupils to participate in ensemble playing regardless of their skill level. Additionally, both hip-hop and mixed dance have three different levels, allowing dancers to find a suitable level for their development.

INstrument videos

    All you need is love. Violin 1 (Highest level).

    We made a rig for the violin, to get the best view on the fingerboard, and to have less disturbing movements.

    It’s 4 level of drums. Drums 4 can be played simultaneously with drums 1, 2 or 3.

A flexible system

Incorporate a small band to accompany the dancers or unleash the full potential by involving the entire school with instruments, vocals, and dance.

Individual instruction
Creative Arrangements are also perfect for individual instruction

  • Choose one of the pre-made arrangements.
  • Provide the student with a part that suits their level.
  • The student will then have access to inspiring videos, sheet music, and backing tracks that simplify the rehearsal process.
  • Once the student masters a level, you can give them a new arrangement or a more challenging part within the same arrangement.
  • Use the improvisation section of the arrangements as a starting point to provide students with improvisation and composition instruction.
  • Using ready-made material in the individual lessons also prepare the student for ensemble play with other students.
  • It's saving time for the teacher.

Time saving

The time saved by using ready-made materials can be used for other purposes. Our pilot projects show that when the teachers play the music together that the students will later perform, it enhances the quality of the ensemble play and creates a better ensemble experience for the students.

By using our ready-made material, the teacher gains more time to focus on the students. It provides opportunities to create ensemble experiences on both larger and smaller scales. By implementing our concept, you can further develop the students' improvisation and composition skills. Additionally, socialization is promoted among the students and between students and teachers through collaborative play. By incorporating Creative Arrangements into your teaching, you can truly place the students at the center and create an even more enriching learning environment.

 

Teacher meetings

Begin or conclude teacher meetings by playing material from Creative Arrangements. This allows all teachers to prepare for upcoming ensemble performances with the students, creating a sense of security. Additionally, it becomes a practical and engaging component of the meeting that helps prevent it from becoming lengthy and tedious.
